Enter the Manitoba Hydro Accountability Board.
Initiated by community members and organizers the Manitoba Hydro Accountability Board is designed to be a diverse group of people with experience and knowledge to comment on the activities of Manitoba Hydro and to challenge them to act differently.
Right now you’re needed to help make this a reality. Over the past few months nominations have been gathered and now it is time for you to vote these folks in. Having community behind the Accountability Board is one of the things that gives it power and accountability lacking with the current Manitoba Hydro Board of Directors.
So let’s make a night of it.
Join on Thursday July 8th for some art, info and the launch of the voting process.
Voting will be open for 2 weeks and done via online ballot.
